General sales conditions

You can return or exchange any appliance, unopened in its original packaging, within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our goods are delivered at the recipient's risk and remain the property of Innova Pharm until the invoice has been settled in full.

Payment must be made within 30 days; once this deadline has gone by, interest of 1.5% per month will be added as well as recovery fees. The Court of Angers shall alone have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
